1. Introduction

YEOLIX respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This page explains how users can request deletion of their data from our systems in compliance with Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) requirements.

2. What Data We Store

While providing WhatsApp-related services, YEOLIX may store limited information such as:

  • WhatsApp phone number linked to the account
  • Profile name and business identifiers
  • Account configuration data (WABA ID, Phone Number ID)
  • Technical logs and message metadata (not message content)

3. Message Content

Message content is transmitted directly between the client and Meta. YEOLIX does not read, sell, or use message content for advertising or marketing.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data by following one of the methods below:

  • Email Request:
    Send an email to support@yeolix.com with the subject line:
    "User Data Deletion Request"

Please include the following details in your request:

  • Registered WhatsApp phone number
  • Registered email address
  • Business or account name (if applicable)

5. Verification Process

For security purposes, YEOLIX may verify ownership of the account before processing the data deletion request.

6. Data Deletion Timeline

  • Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
  • Backup data, if any, is permanently removed within 30 days

7. Exceptions

Certain data may be retained temporarily if required to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations.

8. Compliance

This data deletion process complies with:

  • Meta Platform & WhatsApp Business Platform policies
  • India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
